Death Penalty for Raping 7 Year Old Announced by Court
HnExpress Special Report, Assam : On Friday, Sankar Dev Nagar Court declared a historic judgement against a heinous act of rape Hojai. Death penalty issued in the name of 27 years old Krishna Rajgar alias Sagar for being involved in a rape case of a seven years old Minor.
5th February in the year 2017 a seven years old girl minor was raped by this culprit at Lamding , 2 no. Shastri gaon and was brutally murdered after rape.
The girl was working as a maid at his place. On 23 November 2017 under IPC 363/302/201 this case was registered at lamding police station, for which today Sankar Dev Nagar court gave this historical judgement of that penalty to the rapist.
