Shabari Mukherjee a Bengali rising singing star

At the age of 3.5 years she had her primary coaching of singing from her mother. She grew up listening to the songs of Hemanta Mukherjee, Shyamal Mitra, Satinath Mukherjee, Manna dey in her fathers’ voice. She got her training from Pandit Shri Ranjit Mukhopadhyay. She got her training of ‘Nazrul sangeet’ and other genre of music from Uttarpara Sangit Chakra under the able guidance from Vishnu Bandopadhyay.
She was lucky enough to get musical training from Srikumar Chattopadhyay where she mastered in the genres including ‘shyama sangeet’, ‘bhajan’, ‘raaga pradhan’ and so on. To pay tribute to her sangeet guru Pandit Srikumar Chattopadhyay she recently released her album of 6 modern songs named ‘Mon Amar’.
Lyrics and music for the album has been taken care of by Pandit Srikumar Chattopadhyay himself. Renowed music company ‘Golden voice entertainment ‘ is the publisher of the album. Like many upcoming and rising singing star kick started their career under the banner of ‘Golden voice Entertainment’ we hope the story repeats itself for Shabari Mukherjee.
