“March for Rights by National Coordination Committee of Pensioners Association “
HnExpress 20/12/2018 Amrita sikdar, Kolkata : National coordination committee of pensioner Association took birth on 1968,19 September to protect the rights of pension holders. This 19 December 2018 this association arranged a march at Shyambazar 5 Mathar more in Kolkata and on next day 20 December 2018 they arranged another March at Dumdum Park private bus stop, for the specific rights as mentioned below –
(1) pension will be paid according to 7th pay commission for option 1 and national co-ordinate committee of pensioners will be applicable form 01/01/ 2016.(2) pension of pension holders of BSNL will increase at least 15% according to 3rd Pay Commission. (3) pension of Central department will be rearranged. (4) according to option 3 a person who is taking retirement from which post his pension will be arranged according to pay scale.(5) those who are not under C.G.H.S, they will get an opportunity to come under C.S(M.A).(6) there must be a fixed medical allowance of rupees 2,000 for all the pensioners. (7) minimum range of pension will be 60% of minimum salary(8) money of commutation must give back after 10 years.(9) at the age of 70 pension must be increased. (10) new pension policy must be cancelled and old modified pension policy must be started without delay.
This association submit their demand in written form to honorable Prime Minister of India Mr Krishna Kanta Ghosh assistant secretary of this association Prashant Kumar Bhattacharya and others signed in this letter this Association field call for a strike on 8th and 9th January 2019 to fulfill their all demands.
