Moderate grade exercise is enough for promotion and protection of cardiac health. Prior cardiac check up should be done for everyone who is going to engage in intense exercise programs.

2. Weight Loss.

3. Improve Circulation in heart.

4. And strengthen our Cardiac muscle. But when you have a Diseased heart for example after an heart attack / after an angioplasty.

Heavy strenous exercise can be falat. So it is advisable to ease back to your regular exercise routine slowly and do it as long as you feel comfortable, but to stop immediately in case you face problem.
