Believers Eastern Church present “Swachhata and Susthata Campaign”
HnExpress By Staff Reporter, Madhyamgram : St. Thomas Community of Believers Eastern Church, Diocese of Kolkata located at Abdalpur, Madhyamgram, had recently organised an innovative program to promote cleanliness, hygiene and health awareness.
The Church said, is dedicated to serve the underprivileged, and help them to be established to run their families. Besides, 80000 underprivileged children throughout India, including 4500 in West Bengal are taken care of by the Church in the form of free education, providing nutritious diet, routine medical check up and so on.

A team of about 80 youths took oart in the cleanliness drive to make the surrounding of Ramkrishnapally clean. Mr. Manab Brata Mondal, (SBI bank manager, Badu Branch) the Chief Guest of the 73rd Independece day celebration program was very happy with the projects of the Church.
